For technical reference, the SRCDS is running on my work desktop (new machine, core i7) which is plenty of CPU. The maxplayers is set to 20, and my office has a 50/10 business cable connection. Off-peak use (after 8pm PST for example) should give us full access to the bandwidth, which in reality, is more like 7ish mbps, several times the amount most guides suggest for even a 40 man source server (translates to 7000kbps, and 1500-2000 is recommended for 40player, and only 800 for 20).
