Let’s get the important stuff out of the way first. log onto “My Account” on the SWTOR website. Click “Character Transfer” and you will be given all the information you need. It will have the characters availible for transfer at the top. At the bottom it will list the Origin and Destination Servers.

Now, let’s analyze this info. Starting off, Daragon Trail (our Server) is not on the list yet at all. This list of servers went live at 6 am central this morning. We have no idea how quickly other servers will be added to the transfers untill we see more added. We have no pattern to predict the speed of additional servers.

Next let’s look at one very interesting piece of information you can get from this list. The FATMAN, SWTOR’s #1 population server is a Destination Server. This is a huge piece of information to digest! What is the big plan at Bioware??? I can speculate that this is all part of the master merge plan they have. I would love to have the real reason spelled out to me why they aren’t just doing the server merges internally. I’m not a programmer, just a bartender, but wouldn’t you just move the hard drive of Sever A and plug it into server B?

Here’s hoping that Daragon Trail becomes a destination server.
