With our pugger rogue unavailable to assist us with our progression in Mogu’shan Vaults(which we managed to do a fantastic job in last Thursday) we made the call to start fresh in the new raid instance that opened this week – The Heart of fear. This raid is considered one step further ahead then Mogu’shan; as the gear drops are 13 levels higher. Now I’m not going to make up a bunch of stories about how we went in there and simply smoked the place; that wouldn’t be right. But what we did do was get an excellent understanding of how the first boss is handled and learned a lot of what we needed to be able to bring the boss down. We were in there for 2 hours before the re-spawns came up and ended our night of fun. We did, however, manage to get the boss regularly to 30% and with a little more time I’m confident that we can get this SOB down!
