I was informed recently that there was a group looking to do some rated BG’s, and after discussing it with some people, thought to offer myself up to lead a group.

Upon further discussing of the logistics of such an endeavor, I also managed to concoct a list of certain requirements and understandings that would need to be known before we embarked on such a venture.

First and foremost being that this will be a team, and as such must have a name.

Secondly, this team will operate with, dare I say it, stricter standards than our raiding teams as anything beneath expectations will be immediately noticeable.

Thirdly, you must understand that PVP is a very challenging and “adapt or die” style of gameplay. As such, you will be required to have a certain level of skill and understanding, and be willing to take sometimes rather incendiary “advice.” You must also understand that this advice is not meant to insult, but in the heat of PVP sometimes our social etiquette begins to wane.

And finally, you must understand that if we decline on taking you, it is not that we do not value your contribution, but that to take you could possibly mean the rest of the team is weakened. (I.E. If you are a DPS, and we need a Healer for our final group, we really cant take you as it would leave one group unsupported.)

There will be more specific formalities of which I will establish once the group is formed.

Now that the super serious logistics are out of the way I would like to also say that this does not mean you should not try out for the team. Far from it. I would like to have at least 7 posts or whispers from people saying they are interested! But I want to make sure everyone understands that for this to move forward, it must be taken as serious as our raid groups are.

The time and date being discussed is Saturday Nights at around 10 pm, though we are open to other options. We would be going for 2 hours maximum, which means about 4-7 BG’s a week. This is a great way to earn Guild rep, Guild Experience and most of all, Conquest points.

There are but 2 requirements for applying for the team:

You must have a minimum of 2500 Resilience.

You must duel me so that I can see what your skills and weaknesses are.
