I was thinking today what a shame it is that the our two main groups rarely get a chance to socialize with each other. The Swtor and the WoW groups both have a population that is very similar in size, yet very few of the players actually know each other. With the exception of Myself, Broken, Tos and Zyley we are almost completely separate!

About Two weeks ago; Walter and a crew of the Swtor Zergs invaded our WoW vent channel during one of our Mogu’shan vault raids. Walter, as with his almost legendary personality, proceeded to attempt a conversation with everyone. For a very small time I got to hear energy and excitement of a “3rd wall” being broken down. Of course this was short lived because we were in the middle of the last boss in our raid and the swtor group quickly ran back to their own vent channel. It was the first time, Albeit it Brief, that the two groups actually got a chance for some interaction.

Then I thought about how we could fix. Then it dawned on me.

Swtor Zergs VS Wow Zergs.

We pick a game that’s a medium… like that batman first person shooter I played about 6 months back. Get everyone to download it and we make it team based or even free for all if one side has more experience in the genre. So I would like to hear some thoughts on this and see if anyone would be interested in doing a community event like this. I’m thinking an FPS would be the most accessible for people and if we picked an older game we could guarantee some of our players with older systems could play too!

2. Team Fortress 2
3. Doom
4. Unreal Tournament

Anyways – lets get some thoughts out!
