Community – 2013, a new set of plans

With my recent decision to leave WoW and focus more on Swtor and other endeavors; I can’t help but wonder what the future has in store for our little community. I had a long chat with Hellwolf a few days ago. I explained to him that as much as I enjoy the time I spend with the players in Warcraft; I simply can’t gather up the enthusiasm to push further into the current content then we have already. Sadly, I know I’m not the only one feeling this way. I also want to apologize to our WoW group for bowing out.

So I have officially decided to hand up my “earrings”, for the time being, and focus once again back into our Swtor chapter. Recently Zyley has decided to push the group in 16 man raiding which, incidentally, went off pretty slick tonight. This venture will require all the manpower that we can muster to be successful, and I feel my energy will be best spent there. The group over in the Swtor side of things is flourishing thanks to the undying resolve of their Guild Master, Zyley, and a handful of other hardcore that never left his side. I have no idea what kept them going and pushing through the worst player drought I have ever seen. But their perseverance paid off and now our Zergs over there are some of the most well know in the “universe”.

The feel of the group reminds me of when we first started the Zergadins on WoW. Fresh players that are excited to have the opportunity to play together and all have the energy of a kitten chasing a mouse… as well as the tact.. no really I’m pretty sure I saw Phazer crashing into a wall chasing a blaster shot.

I invite and encourage any players in our WoW community that are interested to come take a look at what the group has to offer!
