Ketal One Vodka and Kahlúa.

Together with a little ice in an Old Fashioned glass you get a Black Russian.

Kahlúa is a coffee based liquor, although it is mostly associated with a chocolate flavor.  Ketal One is a premium vodka guaranteed not to leave  you with a splitting headache the next day.

Black Russians first appeared in 1949 to Honor the US ambassador to Luxembourg.   Today you can drink them as a lower calorie alternative to a White Russian, or Caucasian.

I recommend this drink as an after dinner (Pre-Raid) palate finisher, opposed to a heavy dessert.
