Another week has past and another round of Shadowfrost shards has been inserted into wherever the hell Hellwolf puts them! This week, in order to add a little bit of a spin to the run, the group decided at 10:00 pm to keep the Heroic mode going as we charged head first into the dreaded Lich King. After an hour of somewhat promising and annoying wipes, we started to show serious progress, as the boss finally seemed to be going down more quickly; the thought crossed our minds – could we actually defeat him?  We continued to plug away until, with only 8 players left standing, we managed to bring the 100,000,000 hit point behemoth to his knees! A fantastic cheer echoed through the group, where Zergadin and Pugger alike celebrated with the infamous “Light of the Dawn” titles now fixated above our heads! Congratulations to everyone involved, and a special thankyou goes out to the puggers of Dragonmaw that made this happen tonight!  In particular, Dejan, Brokenaces, Foodmotron, and doomasaurus all deserve a round of applause!
